In the field of engineering plastic, nylon 6 engineering plastic has many excellent properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, high tensile strength, excellent impact toughness, good self-lubrication and so on. It can be processed into various products to replace metal products through modification and blending. It is widely used in automotive, electronic and electrical, machinery, transportation and logistics, medical care, aerospace and other fields.
Modified nylon materials have excellent chemical resistance and electrical properties, good dimensional stability, thermal stability, wear resistance, high strength, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, weather resistance, skin-friendly feel, fatigue resistance, and superior flame retardant effect. The processing technology is simple, and it can be processed into various products, making it an indispensable structural material in various industries.
UV-resistant nylon 6:
UV resistant nylon is resistant to yellowing and aging. During the synthesis or processing of nylon, light, heat, and oxygen degradation inhibitors (antioxidants) are added to inhibit and delay the degradation of nylon molecules. Heat and oxygen resistance is assisted by copper compounds, alkali metal salts, amine antioxidants, and phenolic antioxidants. Common light degradation inhibitors include chromium salts, organic phosphorus compounds, ultraviolet absorbers, and carbon black. High-performance anti-aging nylon typically uses multi-component composite antioxidants.
