Product Description

PA 6 / Nylon 6 is a synthetic thermoplastic linear polyamide with many other names such as Polycaprolactam, Polyamide 6 and etc.                      
It is commonly used in manufacturing industry because of its excellent properties:
   - high strength and stiffness at high temperature
   - good impact strength, even at low temperature
   - very good flow for easy processing
   - good abrasion and wear resistance
   - excellent fuel and oil resistance
   - good fatigue resistance
   - excellent surface appearance and good processability

PA 6 can be processed by all common melt processing techniques such as Injection Molding, Extrusion, 3D Printing, Film stretching, Spinning and etc.
For many applications, PA 6 is modified using co-monomers or stabilizers during polymerization to introduce new chain end or functional groups, which changes the reactivity and chemical properties. This is often done to change the material dye-ability, mechanical properties or flame retardance.
PA 6 can also reinforced with glass fibers (short or long) and their stiffness can compete with metals, this is why PA 6+GF products are often considered in metal replacement projects.

Moresu 1010G
Moresu 1010G is a 10% glass fiber reinforced injection molding grade Nylon 6 (PA 6)
It can be used for injection molding for parts with high rigidity and dimensional stability.
This product has excellent mechanical properties including high mechanical strength, high modulus and good toughness. It also provides good chemical resistance and heat resistance so can be used for parts in harsh environments. It is very suitable for applications in electrical engineering field, auto parts, gardening tools, power tool outer casing and etc..
This product is supplied in dry state, generally cylindrical granules and packed in moisture-proof bags. The standard packing is 25kg bags and other forms of packaging can also be provided.
The product is normally come in natural or black color and can be further modified to fulfill different requirements such as Anti-UV, Flame retardant modified and etc..
