Product Description

PA 6 / Nylon 6 is a synthetic thermoplastic linear polyamide with many other names such as Polycaprolactam, Polyamide 6 and etc.
It is commonly used in manufacturing industry because of its excellent properties:

     - good impact strength, even at low temperature
     - very good flow for easy processing
     - good abrasion and wear resistance
     - excellent fuel and oil resistance

PA 6 can be processed by all common melt processing techniques such as Injection Molding, Extrusion, 3D Printing, Film stretching, Spinning and etc.

Relative Viscosity is one of the most important parameter when choosing PA 6 material for different applications. Generally speaking, high viscosity material is suitable for tube drawing, blow moulding, film blowing processes; medium viscosity material is suitable for direct injection moulding and injection moulding after material modification; low viscosity material is suitable for thin wall product injection moulding and high speeding spinning.


Moresu MS275-2
MS275-2 is a bright nylon 6 raw chip with relative viscosity of 2.75. 

 

 

The balanced properties of our MS275-2 during extrusion or injection process make it a prefect selection for most of the general products. It is especially suitable for making Fishing net, Fish line, Nylon rope and etc.
