Product Description

PA 6 / Nylon 6 is a synthetic thermoplastic linear polyamide with many other names such as Polycaprolactam, Polyamide 6 and etc.
It is commonly used in manufacturing industry because of its excellent properties:
     - high strength and stiffness at high temperature
     - good impact strength, even at low temperature
     - very good flow for easy processing
     - good abrasion and wear resistance
     - excellent fuel and oil resistance
     - good fatigue resistance
     - excellent surface appearance and good processability
     - good electrical insulating properties
     - environmentally friendly, 100% recyclable
PA 6 can be processed by all common melt processing techniques such as Injection Molding, Extrusion, 3D Printing, Film stretching, Spinning and etc.

High viscosity PA 6 is commonly used for extrusion and film stretching applications such as film and tubing. It is scratch, puncture, and flex-crack resistant.
PA 6 does not dissolve by or absorb grease, oil or moderate acidic substance. On top of that, Nylon 6 is FDA approved for food contact and resists most organic chemicals. So it is also ideal for use as packaging film application.


Moresu MS340
MS340 is a bright nylon 6 raw chip with relative viscosity of 3.40
MS340 has excellent air barrier performance, good transparency and good glossiness.
Other advantages include: high tensile strength, wide temperature resistance range, good oil resistance and organic solvent resistance.
MS340 is ideal for Nylon cord, fishing line products and Industrial yarn production with its high tensile strength and good elasticity.
It also has wide range of applications in packaging and especially suitable for packaging of greasy food, meat products, vacuum-packed food and etc..


The product is normally in natural color and is supplied in dry state, generally cylindrical granules and packed in moisture-proof bags. The standard packing is 800kg PP bags.
