The application of nylon in extrusion: Extruded profiles are generally made of bright nylon raw materials with a viscosity of more than 2.8, including extruded nylon rods, plates, tubes (bellows), sheets, I-shaped and arc-shaped profiles. Generally speaking, the larger the size of the extruded profile and the more complex the structure, the more high-viscosity material should be selected. Nylon raw materials with a viscosity of about 3.3 can be selected for nylon rods, plates, tubes (bellows) and sheets with relatively small extrusion sizes. Nylon raw materials with a viscosity of 3.6-4.0 can be selected for extruded nylon rods, plates, tubes (bellows), and profiles with complex structures.
