PA 6 / Nylon 6 is a synthetic thermoplastic linear polyamide with many other names such as Nylon 6, Polycaprolactam, Polyamide 6 and etc.

It is commonly used in manufacturing industry because of its excellent properties:

PA 6 can be processed by all common melt processing techniques such as Injection Molding, Extrusion, 3D Printing, Film stretching, Spinning and etc.

Relative Viscosity is one of the most important parameter when choosing PA 6 material for different applications. Generally speaking, high viscosity material is suitable for tube drawing, blow moulding, film blowing processes; medium viscosity material is suitable for direct injection moulding and injection moulding after material modification; low viscosity material is suitable for thin wall product injection moulding.



Moresu MS240
MS240 is a bright nylon 6 raw chip with relative viscosity of 2.4.
The good flow property of our MS240 during injection process provide a better surface appearance, especially for large dimensions products such as automotive engine cover, truck cooling fan and etc.. It is also suitable for injection moulding of thin walls or complex structures products such as micro motor coil frame, large switch housing and etc.

MS240 can also be considered to use in high speed spinning manufacturing.

This product is supplied in dry state, generally cylindrical granules and packed in moisture-proof bags. The standard packing is 800kg PP bags.
