PA 6 can be processed by all common melt processing techniques such as Injection Molding, Extrusion, 3D Printing, Film stretching, Spinning and etc.
Relative Viscosity is one of the most important parameter when choosing PA 6 material for different applications. Generally speaking, high viscosity material is suitable for tube drawing, blow moulding, film blowing processes; medium viscosity material is suitable for direct injection moulding and injection moulding after material modification; low viscosity material is suitable for thin wall product injection moulding.
Moresu MS400
MS400 is a bright nylon 6 raw chip with relative viscosity of 4.0.
The nylon produce produce by MS400 has high tensile strength, good air resistance, wide temperature resistance range, good oil resistance and organic solvent resistance.
It is especially suitable for extrusion of nylon corrugated pipes, rods and plates with large size or profiles with complex structure.
It also has wide range of applications for packaging.
This product is supplied in dry state, generally cylindrical granules and packed in moisture-proof bags. The standard packing is 25kg PE bags.
