Nylon 6 (PA 6) as an engineering plastic, has high strength, wear resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self-lubricating characteristics, so it is widely used. However, PA 6 also has the disadvantages of low temperature and dry impact strength, easy brittleness, high water absorption. In order to meet the needs of industrial development, PA 6 is very often modified to meet the technical indicators of high impact resistance, low temperature resistance, and super toughness.

Toughened polyamide is based on polyamide resin and blended with toughening agents. Generally, there are several kinds of toughening agents. Toughening can effectively improve the impact resistance and low temperature performance of nylon.
Our toughened nylon is prepared by adding evenly dispersed toughening agent and the macroscopic mechanical properties are excellent. The impact performance reaches the ultra-tough level, especially at low temperatures, and maintains excellent impact resistance.

Our product provide high rigidity, good surface finish with high gloss and brightness and easy to process. It is very suitable for extrude pipes, profiles, hoses, plastic steel doors and windows, thermal insulation strips, high-end car bumpers, rail insulation groove and etc.
