Product Description

PA 6 / Nylon 6 is a synthetic thermoplastic linear polyamide with many other names such as Polycaprolactam, Polyamide 6 and etc.                      
It is commonly used in manufacturing industry because of its excellent properties:

   - good impact strength, even at low temperature
   - very good flow for easy processing
   - good abrasion and wear resistance

PA 6 can be processed by all common melt processing techniques such as Injection Molding, Extrusion, 3D Printing, Film stretching, Spinning and etc.

Glass fibres (short or long) is commonly used to reinforce PA6 and the composite material stiffness can compete with metals, this is why PA 6+GF products are often considered in metal replacement projects.

MORESU 1010G
Moresu 1010G is a 10% glass fiber reinforced injection molding grade Nylon 6 (PA 6).
It can be used for injection molding for parts with high rigidity and dimensional stability.
This product has excellent mechanical properties including high mechanical strength, high modulus and good toughness. It also provides good chemical resistance and heat resistance so can be used for parts in harsh environments. It is very suitable for applications in electrical engineering field, auto parts, gardening tools, power tool outer casing, office furniture and etc..


The product is normally come in natural or black color and is supplied in dry state, generally cylindrical granules and packed in moisture-proof bags.
The standard packing is 25kg per bags and other forms of packaging can also be provided. Our product can be further modified to fulfill different requirements such as Anti-UV, Flame retardant modified and etc..

We also supply Glass fibre reinforced PA6 composites with different GF content (10% - 50%)
